PLEASE READ OUR INTRO LETTER BELOW BECAUSE IT DOES CONTAIN USEFUL INFORMATION ON HOW WE CATER YOUR PARTY. Bombdiggity Hot Dogs & Catering offers a wide variety of foods. Everything is prepared fresh We also offer A Complete BBQ Menu. Click on the link and simply pick the items you want from the menu, let us know for how many people and we will email you a quote. Our Quote template is attached. Simply go to the order column and enter in the number of orders you want for a particular food item. The form will total your selections for you. If you need help planning your menu no problem! We can assist you with that. We can bring our N.Y. style hot dog cart to you. However, WE WILL NEED A CLEARANCE OF 5 FEET WIDE TO FIT IT THROUGH. If you don’t have the space to accommodate the cart, we can use A SMALLER PORTABLE UNIT which fits in most any back yard. If your party is at a park where there are no electrical outlets, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Items requiring electricity are: shave ice, pretzels, popcorn, and Churros. We provide all paper goods, utensils, and staff to serve for 2 hours. Also provided are the condiments-ketchup; mustard, gourmet mustard’s, tapatio, jalapenos, onions, relish, mayonnaise, and sauerkraut. Our Burgers include lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion, and our house sauce. We do have a minimum to come out and cater based on what city the event is held.
