Catering Inquiry Thank you for considering Boniello's for your catering needs! Whether you're planning a family gathering, corporate event, birthday celebration, holiday party, or any special occasion, we're honored to be part of it. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your requested date and help make your event delicious, stress-free, and memorable. Catering Availability Tuesday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM --- Catering Policies Reservation Requirements A valid credit card is required to secure your catering order. Your card will only be charged with your authorization at the time of payment or if a cancellation fee applies according to our cancellation policy. Order Changes To ensure we have adequate time to prepare your order, all menu selections and changes must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery. We are unable to accommodate changes after this deadline. Cancellation Policy Catering orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total order. Pricing & Fees A 5% Catering Administration Fee will be added to the subtotal (before tax). This fee helps cover the behind-the-scenes work involved in coordinating your catering order, including order planning, scheduling, administrative support, preparation, packaging, and the operational costs associated with providing a seamless catering experience. It allows us to continue delivering the quality food, attentive service, and reliability our guests have come to expect while keeping our menu pricing as fair as possible. Applicable New Jersey sales tax will be added to all orders. For guests paying by credit card, a credit card processing fee will also apply to help offset the increasing costs charged by payment processors. We gladly accept cash as an alternative payment method. Payment We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. Thank you for choosing Boniello's.
