Thank you for your interest in our catering service. About us -Our Restaurant has been here since February 15th 2021 We have over 40 years' experience in customer service, BBQ and Caterings. Our goal is to take care of the food, so you can visit with your guest. We aren't just BBQ -We give you 3 different options to choose from. 1.BBQ-$19.50 per person plus tax Includes 2 meats, 2 sides, pickles, onions, jalapeños, bread, BBQ sauce, plates, plasticware, beverages, sweet or regular tea with cups, ice, lemon, and sugar; upgrade to 3 meats for $1.50/person or add a 3rd side for $1.00/person; meat options: brisket, turkey, sausage (regular/jalapeño – both count as one meat), chicken, pulled pork; side options: pinto beans, potato salad, cole slaw, green beans, mac and cheese, creamed corn, or side salad. 2.Baker Bar-$15.50 per person plus tax Includes 2 meats, sour cream, butter, chives, cheese, plates, plasticware, beverages, sweet and regular tea with cups, ice, and sugar. 3. Home-made Fajitas Beef and Chicken- $24.00 per person plus tax; includes grilled onions and peppers, cheese, homemade pico de gallo, rice, beans, guacamole, tortillas, chips and salsa, plates, plasticware, beverages, sweet and regular tea with cups, ice, and sugar. $500 down to save date. You can upgrade to fancier plates, plasticware, and cups for $2.00 more per person; cake cutting and serving (includes small plates and forks) is $1.50 more per person. Appetizers available for $3.00 more per person; drinking water with fruit and lemonade can be added at no extra charge; to save the date, just $500 down with the balance paid in full one week before the event; final guest count and menu are due two weeks before the event.
