Please be aware that we charge a 25% catering fee for all catering orders to cover our additional labor, packaging, and delivery costs. This fee will be added to the total cost of your order. Below are our catering packages: Sushi Platter Package: $30 per guest Each guest will get: • An appetizer, choice of: o The Laurent appetizer o Hamachi Carpaccio • One maki roll • One signature roll Sashimi Platter Package: $60 per guest Each guest will get: • Salade • An appetizer, choice of: o The Laurent appetizer o Hamachi Carpaccio • 5 pcs of nigiri • 5 pcs of sashimi Deluxe Sushi Package: $90 per guest Each guest will get: • Salad • An appetizer, choice of: o The Laurent appetizer o Hamachi Carpaccio • House chicken fried rice • One signature roll • 4 pcs nigiri • 4 pcs sashimi Vegetarian Sushi Package: $30 per guest Each guest will get: • Salad • House veggies fried rice • Veggie roll • 6 pcs vegetable nigiri
