Catering in Aurora
We ask that all catering orders be finalized seven days before your event date to give our kitchen team the time they need to prepare everything fresh and on time.
Outside food isn’t permitted, except for store-bought desserts.
A 50% deposit is required when your menu is finalized, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
Please note that “to go” boxes aren’t allowed for catering or party food not consumed on-site, per Colorado Health Department regulations.
Guests are welcome to decorate their tables and may arrive up to 30 minutes before their event start time to do so, though we kindly ask that no glitter or confetti be used. If you’d like extra space for gifts or desserts, just let us know - we’re happy to provide a folding table next to your dining area. While we can hold table reservations for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, we recommend arriving promptly so your experience begins right on schedule.
Pre-paid drink cards can be used only on the date of your event and must be returned at the end of your celebration. Please also note that if your guest count is significantly smaller on the event day, refunds cannot be provided for specially ordered food.
