Please use the online ordering on the menu page to order your carryout bulk bbq orders. If ordering for large groups we suggest 4oz of each item. Example: 5lb of any item will give you 20 4 oz portions. So a party of 20 would need 5lb brisket, 5lb pulled pork, 5lb mac n cheese 5lb beans etc. So 2 meats and 2 sides would give each person 1lb of food.
