We take pride in offering an exceptional selection of wines paired with a thoughtfully curated menu that enhances the winery experience. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Cook and Tasting Room Server to join our team. Tasting Room Server Responsibilities: Provide a warm, welcoming experience and educate guests on our wines and winery history. Guide guests through tastings, making personalized recommendations. Serve wine tastings, glasses, and bottles using proper techniques. Take food orders, serve dishes promptly, and suggest wine pairings. Promote and upsell wines, club memberships, and merchandise. Process food and beverage sales, handle transactions, and operate POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, following all health and alcohol service regulations. Assist with winery events, private tastings, and special functions. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team for seamless service. Kitchen Team Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure food is consistently prepared with quality and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols. Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere. Ideal Candidates: Experience in a restaurant, winery, or hospitality setting would be preferred but not necessary to apply. Training provided. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and wine pairings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for food, wine, and customer service. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
