This is a dynamic role that blends craft cocktails, specialty coffee, and gourmet food service. Position Details Pay: $10.00 /hr day shifts $7.25/hr at night plus tips (average earnings significantly higher with tips) Schedule: Flexible shifts available; venues operate daily from 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM til 2:00 AM on the weekends. Location: 102 N. St. Mary’s St., San Antonio, TX Partner must be ok paying for parking. What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll split your time between the bar and our gourmet hot dog station: Mix creative cocktails and provide attentive bar service Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks with barista-level skill Grill and prepare hot dogs on the flat-top, manage the hot food station, and serve both bar guests and walk-up customers Support smooth daily operations with teamwork, cleanliness, and great hospitality Responsibilities Prior experience as a mixologist or bartender preferred (but we’re willing to train motivated candidates) Strong knowledge of cocktails, drink prep techniques, and current mixology trends Barista experience with espresso machines, coffee brewing methods, and specialty drink preparation Provide excellent guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor Handle cash, process payments, and accurately input orders into the POS system Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in both bar and kitchen areas Prepare and serve food to established standards, including hot dogs and simple grill items Assist with ordering, stocking, labeling, and rotating inventory to minimize waste Work collaboratively with team members when scheduled together — but also be comfortable running a shift solo, handling both bar and food service independently Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment TABC and Food Handler’s Certification required (or willingness to obtain) Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Team-oriented approach: everybody does a little bit of everything Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
