We will train you to be able to spread dough! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and hand-stretch Neapolitan dough using traditional methods Craft house-made cheese and incorporate it into our pizzas Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring ideal temperature and performance Ensure every pizza meets Bellatrino’s high standards for flavor, texture, and presentation Assist with ingredient prep, including dough preparation and sauce-making Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza-making station Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours Follow food safety regulations and sanitation standards Qualifications: No pizza experience required during this hiring process. Knowledge of Italian ingredients and traditional pizza-making techniques will be taught. Experience working with high-temperature, wood-fired ovens will be taught. Strong attention to detail and passion for quality is required from you. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced fun environment will be taught. Punctual, reliable, and able to work the assigned time is a must from you. A positive, team-oriented attitude is what we look for. What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage: $18 - $22 based on EXPERIENCE.
