We’re hiring! We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Lead to help elevate the guest experience at Bistro Kabob. This role is ideal for someone with restaurant, hospitality, or event experience who enjoys taking initiative, leading by example, and creating memorable experiences for guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership during busy shifts, weekends, and special events. We’re looking for someone who can help coordinate front-of-house operations, support team members, and ensure guests receive attentive, welcoming service throughout their visit. This is a hands-on role in a growing family-owned restaurant. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, serving tables, supporting private events, assisting with front-of-house coordination, maintaining cleanliness and organization, helping train and guide team members, and stepping in wherever needed to support restaurant operations and the guest experience. Experience with hospitality, catering, banquets, weddings, private events, or high-volume restaurant environments is highly preferred. Weekend and special event availability is required, along with flexibility to support restaurant operations during the week as needed. An appreciation for Persian culture and hospitality is valued, and Farsi language skills are a plus. As Bistro Kabob continues to grow, this position will work closely with ownership and play an important role in helping us strengthen our dine-in experience, support special events, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
