Leadership & Team Development Lead by example and uphold company culture and values. Train, coach, and develop all team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues professionally. Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment. Scheduling & Staffing Create and manage weekly employee schedules based on sales projections and labor budgets. Maintain labor costs within company targets. Ensure proper staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours. Be available to work weekends, holidays, and other business-critical shifts as needed. Manage shift coverage and respond to staffing emergencies. Hiring & Recruiting Conduct interviews for new team members. Recruit and hire qualified employees who align with company culture. Oversee onboarding and training of all new hires. Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and training programs. Financial Performance Maintain payroll costs within established company goals. Control food costs, waste, and inventory variances. Monitor daily sales and profitability metrics. Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve operational efficiency. Operations Management Ensure all food is prepared and served according to company standards. Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory counts, ordering, and receiving processes. Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and company policies. Customer Service Deliver exceptional guest experiences. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor online reviews and customer feedback. Build strong relationships with guests and the local community. Marketing & Community Outreach Support company marketing initiatives and promotions. Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations. Promote catering, loyalty programs, and special events. Assist with local store marketing efforts to increase sales and brand awareness. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Store Managers will be evaluated on: Sales growth Labor cost percentage Food cost percentage Employee retention Customer satisfaction Health inspection scores Training completion and employee development Overall profitability and operational execution Minimum Expectations Available to work weekends and business-critical shifts. Ability to create and manage employee schedules. Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop team members. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
