Job Responsibilties: Prepare high-quality Indian cuisine, adhering to traditional recipes and standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent service during peak hours. Manage kitchen hygiene and sanitation to comply with health regulations. Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure standards are met. Check the quantity and quality of received products. Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks engaged in food preparation. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Recruit and hire staff, such as cooks and other kitchen workers. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients. Plan, direct, supervise food preparation and cooking activities. Salary: $77,917.00/year Job Requirements: High School Diploma or Foreign equivalent plus two years of relevant experience in cooking Indian Cuisine. Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)
