We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and understands that a great coffee shop experience is about more than just the drink—it’s about how every guest feels when they walk through the door. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and other menu items to Collective Coffee standards Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service Learn and consistently follow drink recipes and presentation standards Operate the POS system and accurately handle customer transactions Maintain a clean and organized bar, lobby, patio, and work area Restock cups, milks, syrups, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and food-safety procedures Work efficiently during high-volume periods Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members Help create a positive atmosphere for both customers and coworkers WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Able to take direction and accept coaching Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends Barista or coffee experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person WHAT WE EXPECT At Collective Coffee, every team member represents our brand.
