Collective Coffee is growing, and we're looking for energetic, dependable people who love great coffee and creating great experiences. At Collective, we believe a coffee shop should be about more than what's in the cup. It's a place to Create • Connect • Belong. We're currently hiring Baristas to join our McKinney team. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. If you're outgoing, hardworking, dependable, and enjoy taking care of people, we'd love to meet you.
