Assistant Manager – Collective Coffee Create • Connect • Belong Collective Coffee is looking for an energetic, servant-hearted, and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, support and develop team members, and help foster the welcoming culture that makes Collective Coffee special. Responsibilities Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication Train, coach, and develop baristas and shift leads Ensure beverage quality and consistency standards are met Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Support special events and community engagement initiatives Qualifications Previous leadership experience in coffee, restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a heart for serving others Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays Coffee experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is more than a manager—we want a culture builder.
