We are currently accepting applications for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including servers, hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and other restaurant positions. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, food, teamwork, and providing an excellent guest experience. Ideal candidates should have: • A positive and professional attitude • Strong attention to detail • Reliability and punctuality • The ability to work well under pressure • Respect for cleanliness, organization, and procedures • A team-oriented mindset • Motivation to grow professionally Experience in Italian restaurants, fine dining, or hotel-style kitchens is appreciated, but we are also open to training the right candidates.
