Kitchen Positions

We are hiring for PT possibly FT based on skills for full service line cook. Must be able to cook meat to temperature and have a good grasp on sauce compulation, working grill flat top and saute. Decent knife skills are required as the food is homemade and high quality. Must be able to compile recipe understand basic plate composition. Looking to cover Saturday thru Monday but additional shifts available based on performance. Pay competitive and semi negotiable. We are a small high quality operation not a corporation.
