We are a family-owned Malaysian restaurant with over 25 years in Bellevue, seeking an experienced Malaysian chef to join our kitchen team. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience cooking authentic Malaysian cuisine. Confidence preparing dishes such as nasi lemak, rendang, laksa, curries, sambal. Knowledge of traditional spices, sauces, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Consistency, cleanliness, and pride in your craft.
