Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately (FOH) - Maintain a clean and organized front-end area - Restock dining areas - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff Experience: - Prior experience in food the food and beverage industry is preferred but not a requirement (only required for Cook position) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
