What the Role Looks Like We aren't looking for just a cashier or just a cook. We need hybrid superstars who can pivot on a dime. Your shift might include: The Art of the Pizza: Stretching dough, topping pies, and managing the oven like a pro. The Face of the Shop: Greeting customers, handling cash/card transactions, and managing phone orders with a smile. The Hustle: Keeping the shop clean, prepping fresh ingredients, and ensuring we’re ready for the late-night rush. The Essentials (Non-Negotiables) Late-Night & Weekend Warriors: We are a staple of the local nightlife. You must be available to work late-night shifts and weekends. Our Hours: 11 AM – 2 AM (Sun–Thu) | 11 AM – 3 AM (Fri–Sat). The "Do-It-All" Attitude: You must have the drive to learn both the kitchen and the front-of-house.
