We’re looking for an experienced Lead Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! FULL-TIME | $18/HOUR What we’re looking for: • Minimum 3 years of prep cooking experience • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen production • Experience making custards and breads, etc • Excellent portioning and consistency skills • Strong dishwashing skills and willingness to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities • Able to work independently and help keep prep running smoothly • Reliable, fast-paced and quality-focused This is a hands-on lead prep position for someone who takes pride in organization, consistency, cleanliness and getting the kitchen set up for success.
