We are hiring! Line Cook / Prep Cook Good work ethics: Passion for food and the industry. Previous Commercial Kitchen / Line Cook / Prep Cook required. Looking for someone with Knife skills and cooking experience. Responsible to the Head Chef / Owner (small business). Dependable Essential Functions: • To be able to move about the kitchen easily and quickly • Possesses knife skills and knows how to cook in a commercial kitchen. • Cook and prepare Food • To possess sufficient language skills to understand the tasks at hand. follow recipes. • Prep food, incl. fryer , griddle and other cooking equipment • to be able to lift and move food and supplies • use kitchen equipment safely; and operate electrical and mechanical equipment • Maintain adequate Inventory of food and supplies • operate dishwasher while maintaining appropriate temperature • determine cleanliness of dishes, food-contact surfaces and kitchen area • Access condition of food Detail orientated Job Type: Part -time Thursday, Friday, Saturday swing shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Apply below to become a part of our awesome team and we'll get back to you ASAP!
