Ome Calli Café is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Project-Based Executive Assistant to join our team! We’re a family-owned specialty coffee shop built around culture, food consciousness, and community, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us build something meaningful behind the scenes. This flexible, project-based role is perfect for someone looking for a rewarding side job, freelance work, or an opportunity to grow alongside a small business. You’ll work directly with Liliana, our co-owner and Development Director, who is passionate about improving the customer experience, developing new products, growing our brand, and building an incredible team. As her right hand, you’ll help turn big ideas into organized plans, systems, and completed projects. Every project is different, but you may be organizing emails and calendars, researching vendors and products, coordinating marketing projects and community events, creating recipe books, training manuals, opening and closing procedures, building checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), organizing digital files, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and helping improve communication and organization throughout the café. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order out of chaos, loves a good checklist, notices the little details others miss, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, communicates well, works independently, and is comfortable using Google Workspace and Canva. Experience in marketing, branding, project management, or working with a small business, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality brand is a plus, but not required.
