MICHELIN GUIDE RECOMMENDED PIZZA PLACE SEEKING SERVICE MANAGER! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to help lead our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverages are going out and enhancing guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in managing bars, resy portal navigation and full service dining management while also having excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage the services daily operations, ensuring team efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train servers while, providing guidance on best practices in service maintenance and repair. Oversee the maintenance and overall flow of service. Align team goals with ownership objectives to drive performance and customer satisfaction. Facilitate upselling of services and products to enhance check averages Address customer concerns, providing solutions where you can to remedy their experience. Monitor inventory levels paper products, soft drinks, misc. supplies, and expressing those needs to the right channels. Ensure compliance with food and beverage standards as well as safety standards and regulations within the venues. Skills Strong full service knowledge, including experience with steps of service, maintaining company standards, guiding guests through the menu, and training. Proven ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining guest trust. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align a team towards common goals. Ability to troubleshoot real time concerns effectively and provide solutions promptly. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Does this sound like you?
