Qualifications • Applicant should be a responsible, motivated, reliable, detail oriented and self-directed person who enjoys cooking and the fast-paced restaurant industry • A "WIT" Attitude - Whatever it Takes - is needed for the success of our entire TEAM! • Applicant should have a couple years of breakfast/lunch cooking / prep experience • Having flat grill experience cooking omelets and eggs at a fast pace will differentiate you from the other candidates • Experience: 2 to3 years • Age: Must be 18 years or older • License: not required Responsibilities • In this role, you will be dealing with cooking eggs, omelets, home-fries, meats, as well as other items • Experienced in diner-based meals is essential! • You will also help in doing weekly prep where needed and work as an assistant to the executive chef • As well as working on the monthly inventory
