The Armory will be opening July 20, 2026! Gemini Hospitality also owns: Bella, Raven Steakhouse+Lounge, Earl's (South Knoxville in partnership with Dominion) and several other projects coming soon! WE HAVE JUST A FEW POSITIONS LEFT: FOH and BOH. From this point on, you can stop by The Armory, Monday through Friday, anytime between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a walk-in interview! Follow the instructions at the front desk and the Manager on Duty will speak with you. The last day to interview will be TUESDAY, June 30 EOD.
