We are looking for enthusiastic servers who love connecting with people, thrive in a fun team environment, and take pride in delivering great service great service with a smile. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions about food and beverages. Order Taking and Delivery: Accurately take food and drink orders (using toast handheld) and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver orders properly. Menu Knowledge: Memorize the menu, make recommendations on different food and drink options. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Experience: Must be 21 years of age and up. Have open availability. Previous experience in serving or a related role within the food service or restaurant industry. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, and food handling practices is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks or specials effectively. Basic math skills are essential for managing cash transactions and inventory counts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
