Applicants who have completed WSET level 2 in wine and/or spirits are desirable, anyone hired who has not completed this education will be expected to do so within their first year of employment. [Maitre D/Floor Sommelier] Holds certification in Wine and is the leader of service, Greets and welcome guests into the space, Manages daily reservations and waitlist. Is able to confidently strategize how to best seat parties to maximize daily covers. Assists in points of service to support the guests experience and the team. Acts a the liaison of wine for staff and customers. Manages table side service of wine as well as bottle shop customer support. WSET level 2 or equivalent required. [Cocktail Bartender] Is able to execute multi touch cocktail recipes correctly and within 7 minute ticket times. Can speak knowledgeably about cocktail history/origin, spirit brands and wine. Is capable and interested in working with the entire team on achieving daily service expectations as well as menu and programming development. Must be capable of working with technical equipment and have a desire to work directly with specialized ingredients. WSET level 2 in wine and spirits required. [Experienced Server] An individual who has experience working intentional food and beverage programs with an expectation of completing specific points of service through out the guests experience. Someone who is comfortable with managing their section with confidence and grace while still completing necessary side work. This position is ideal for anyone who is also interested in expanding into bartending at Tina's. WSET level 2 in wine and spirits required.
