We are interested in hearing from you if : **you LOVE making drinks for people and take pride in serving quality cocktails at affordable prices** **you enjoy taking care of people and understand the positive impact of genuine and kind hospitality** **you are a nerd for the history and origins of classic cocktail recipes and the cultural and historical representation behind them** **you are interested in regenerative agricultural practices and want to learn and support its use and application in bar programming** Tina's employment structure: -promote healthy work / life balance by offering full time position at 4 days a week with consistently scheduled days/hours- -promote growth and expansion in the beverage industry by offering further education through the WSET certification program for all employees- -promote organic approach to living by sourcing and serving organic and consciously sourced products both for customer consumption and employee -use.- -promote sustainable practices by educating staff on proper composting and recycling methods used during daily service. - ~*We have a 2024 goal of expansion and evolution of our cocktail program and we are looking for individuals interested in being a part of the future of Tina's.*~
