Join our sweet team! The Toasted Cone is a premium ice cream and bakery bringing handcrafted flavors, fresh pastries, and creative desserts to West Des Moines & Waukee. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic full-time Scooper who loves great food and great people. > What You’ll Do > Serve our signature ice creams, milkshakes, and sundaes with a smile. Help guests sample and choose their favorite flavors. Maintain a clean and organized service area and dipping cabinets. Restock inventory, waffle cones, and toppings as needed. Assist with opening/closing duties and light prep work. Be a team player — support bakery and event service when needed. > What We’re Looking For > Positive, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Dependable and punctual — full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week) including weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
