The Head Brewer is responsible for all brewing operations at Town Brewing Co., ensuring consistent product quality, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This role oversees daily brewhouse and cellar operations, supervises the brewery staff, and collaborates closely with the Director of Operations to execute production goals aligned with sales forecasts and company strategy. The Head Brewer plays a key leadership role in maintaining product integrity, operational discipline, and strong external production partnerships. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
