We are looking for a daytime server Monday - Friday 10:30am-4:30pm at our family-owned restaurant in Woodinville, WA. We are flexible on availability; this could be all the days or combination of days and very real possibility of nights and weekends as well. Must be 21+. Pay is the Washington State minimum wage $16.66 raising to $17.13 in January of 2026 plus tips which are based upon customer discretion. Must be able to/have: 1. Legally work in the USA 2. Have a current driver's license and reliable transportation 3. Washington State MAST 12 permit and Washington State Food Handlers permit. 4. 1 full year of serving experience in a busy, fast paced, restaurant. **Toast POS experience is a plus but not required. A server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, including making cocktails, pouring beer and wine ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: -Greet Customers: Welcome patrons as they arrive and guide them to their tables, providing menus, and introducing the days specials. -Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring to clarify any dietary restrictions or preferences. -Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all items are presented well and checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction.-Handle Payments: Toast is our POS; process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards and digital payments, providing change and receipts as necessary. -Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and organized throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety regulations. -Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with kitchen personnel to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and address any issues that arise during service. Required Skills and Qualifications: -Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and ensure a pleasant dining experience. -Attention to detail: Ability to accurately take orders and ensure that food and beverages are served correctly. -Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. -Basic Math Skills: Competence in handling cash and processing payments accurately. -Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. Working Conditions: -Servers are required to walk and stand for long periods and able to lift items up to 25 pounds.
