The Observatory is not a bar in the traditional sense. It is an intimate cocktail lounge and creative social space built around atmosphere, craft, and intention. Our vision is to create a refined environment where guests can disconnect from noise and reconnect through design, conversation, and thoughtfully executed hospitality. To accomplish this, every team member must operate with professionalism, awareness, and composure. We are building a small, highly intentional team that understands that details matter — tone, pacing, cleanliness, communication, presentation, and guest experience. Regardless of role, each position reports directly to ownership and carries responsibility beyond task execution. It is hospitality performed with restraint and precision. Work hours will vary based on business needs and programming.
