PRIVATE DINING INFORMATION We offer two different private dining areas; They can accommodate parties of up to 20 to 50 people. We here at Mancy’s Italian Grill take great pride in providing an atmosphere for your event. Our private dining areas are a warm, comfortable area perfect for your event. The following are fees that apply to reserving our private dining areas, Final guest counts must be made 10 days before your event. Any party is subject to a minimum of 90% of final head count day of the event, based on average menu item, room fee, and pre order items. $50 room fee for any private dining room during Lunch Hours. A $250.00 deposit is required to reserve either event space THE CHIANTI ROOM- UP TO 20 PEOPLE $125.00/Room Fee for 11 or more $200.00/Room Fee for 10 or less guests THE WINE CELLAR- 20 TO 50 PEOPLE $1000 Food and Beverage Minimum Monday through Thursday ($1500 December) $1500 Food and Beverage Minimum Friday and Saturday ($2000 December) CANCELLATION $250 if given less than 30 days prior to the event Non-Refundable and your credit card on file will be charged ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A 7.75% sales tax will be added to the entire bill -20% Gratuity is required in private dining to add to their final bill the evening of the. function -All December events please talk to our event advisors for policies to reserve room, cancellation after November 1st deposit is Non-Refundable -Everything must be on one check, no separate checks allowed -A special occasion dessert may be brought in for a fee of $50 -No confetti or loose party trimmings -All prices are current and subject to change
