You will receive our FAQs + price sheet within 5 minutes + a response from us within 2 business days personally letting you know if your date is open. *If you have not found our reply, please check your spam folder! Responses have been found there. For 2025 we are NOT accepting inquiries for 12/20 or holidays - All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. - The listed rental fee does not show tax. Tax will be added onto the invoice. - If you are a non profit, please let us know before invoices are sent out! - Knowledge of the nature of your event must be known before invoices are sent. We do not host any type of political events or parties. - Events that do NOT have a paid reservation cannot bring in large signage or catering in the public space (please call ahead) - If you change your mind & do not wish to move forward please let us know so we can offer the space to the next person.
