Melito’s Private Room Guidelines Thank you so much for choosing to celebrate with us! Our private room is one of the most loved spaces at Melito’s, and we’re truly grateful you want to spend your time here. To help everything run smoothly for your group — and to support our hardworking team members who set up, prepare, and break down this special space — we ask that all guests follow a few simple guidelines: • One Check for the Table To ensure the best and most efficient service, all private room reservations will be placed on one check. • 20% Automatic Gratuity A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. This helps us fairly support our staff for the extra care that goes into preparing the room for your gathering. • Credit Card Required to Hold the Room We do ask to keep a credit card on file to secure your reservation. This helps us manage the high demand for this space. • $150 Food & Beverage Minimum There is a $150 minimum for private room bookings. If the minimum isn’t reached, the difference will be added to your final bill. • Seating Capacity Our private room seats 12 guests comfortably — or up to 15 if you all really like each other! • 2-Hour Maximum Reservation Time To accommodate all guests who hope to use this space, private room reservations have a 2-hour time limit. We truly love our guests, and these policies help us keep this cozy neighborhood space available while also taking great care of our team.
