Group Reservations and Private Parties

Whether it's a bday party, baby shower, office function or any other special event, please fill out the form below and we'll do our best to accommodate your desired date and any requests you may have to make your party/celebration memorable. Reminder, we are not a FULL SERVICE BAR, we do not do table service. All orders and pick up must be at the bar. Reserve table(s) will be on hold for 15minutes of reservation time only. Outside food is allowed (no outside drinks). Host, please clean up after party since we usual only have one bartender. Thank you for choosing Shady Nook.
