Group Reservations

Thanks for choosing Billy Birch Pub & Yard! Once you submit your inquiry, our team will follow up by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder just in case). A quick heads up: We have a small events team and respond to inquiries in order of event date. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can. Availability: If a date or time is greyed out, it is not available. Before submitting your request, please note: Reservations are primarily outdoors While we have heaters, misters, and fire pits, the space is open air, so please dress accordingly. We do not take reservations for groups under 15 guests. For smaller groups, we have plenty of space, just come on in! Service Style: We are a pub and yard, not a traditional restaurant. There is no table service in the yard. You can order by scanning the QR code at your table or by walking up to the bar. Arrival Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period. If no one from your party has arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your tables may be released.
