Group Reservations and Private Parties
Thank you for your interest in booking a party at Gameday.
We have just a few items we would like to make you aware of before proceeding.
All Party Packages have a 2 hour time frame.
Time will start at the agreed upon time for the reservation.
If your party has not arrived within 20 minutes of the reservation time, the reserved space is no longer guaranteed.
A deposit of $75 will be required to hold the reservation.
The deposit will be applied as a payment towards final total of the party.
If cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will be refunded.
If you need to reschedule, deposit can transfer to new date. A 48 hour notice will be needed for rescheduling.
If the above conditions are not met, the deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the cost of staffing and party preparation.
If these terms are acceptable, please proceed to book your party and a Manager will reach out to you soon to finalize the details and to collect the deposit.
If your party arrives without a reservation, seating cannot be guaranteed.
