Please note your reservation is not confirmed until you receive further communication from our bottle service team and a deposit is received and processed. The deposit amount will be communicated to you upon booking and will go towards your total bill/ minimum.
Payment: Full payment for the bottle service must be completed upon arrival. Any additional charges or services requested beyond the initial reservation will be billed to the credit card on file.
Cancellation by Venue: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or other issues, the venue reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3. Guest Conduct
Behavior: Guests must adhere to the venue’s code of conduct. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, harassment, or violence, will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. The person who made the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their party and any damage caused to the venue or its property will be charged to the card on file.
