Please note the following important details regarding reservations:
Response Time: We typically respond to all reservation requests within 2-3 business days. If your requested date and time is not available to select on our website, it means we are fully booked and unfortunately unable to accept additional reservations for that time slot.
Reservation Fees: In order to confirm and secure your reservation, a non-refundable reservation fee is required. The fees are as follows:
Downstairs Service Area: $35 per person
Upstairs Service Area: $50 per person
Parties/Groups of 10 or more: Please book your request under the Party/Group Inquiry section. This is not a standard reservation
The reservation fees help us maintain the high level of service and atmosphere that our guests expect. The reservation fee will be credited toward your final bill on the day of your visit.
Availability: To ensure the best experience, reservations are subject to availability. If you are unable to secure the time slot you desire, we encourage you to check for alternate times or consider joining our waiting list, if available.
Booking in Advance: We recommend making reservations as early as possible, particularly during peak hours or for special events, as our availability tends to fill up quickly.
