To make reservations at Cugino's Lake St. Louis, please call (636) 400-3222. Please note if you have any special requests (i.e. low seating). Be mindful that most of our reservations are for high seating. If you need low seating please call to check for availability. We do need at least 24 hrs. notice for most reservations.
