Reservations
To make a reservation, simply fill out the form below with your desired date, time, and number of guests! Please also advise if you have any special requests. Thank you for choosing to dine with us - we can't wait to see you! (PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE INQUIRING)
1. Reservation Requirements
Reservations must be made in advance through phone, website, or approved booking platforms.
Guests must provide a valid name, phone number, and email address when booking.
2. Arrival & Seating Policy
Guests are expected to arrive on time.
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time unless otherwise communicated.
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation of the reservation.
Complete parties may be required before seating, especially during busy service hours.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee per guest.
Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges.
4. Party Size Changes
Any changes to party size must be communicated as soon as possible.
The restaurant may not be able to accommodate additional guests without notice.
Significant reductions in party size may affect minimum spending requirements or deposits.
5. Deposit & Prepaid Reservations
Certain dates, events, or large groups may require a deposit or prepaid reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after the stated cancellation window.
6. Guest Conduct
Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is required at all times.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
7. Special Requests
Dietary restrictions, allergies, celebrations, and seating preferences should be noted at the time of booking.
Special requests are not guaranteed but will be accommodated whenever possible.
8. Children & Accessibility
Children must remain supervised by adults at all times.
Accessibility accommodations are available upon request.
9. Outside Food & Decorations
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance (e.g., specialty cakes).
Decorations, entertainment, or event setups require prior authorization.
10. Pet Policy
Only service animals are permitted inside the restaurant unless otherwise stated for outdoor seating areas.
11. Restaurant Rights
The restaurant reserves the right to:
Modify reservation policies at any time
Adjust seating arrangements based on operational needs
Decline reservations that do not comply with policy requirements
